Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineers


We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You will ensure that you produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial.


As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.


The project entails implementing pre-approved UI, constructing APIs, connecting the two, and setting up server infrastructure. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design.


Requisite Technical Skills and Experience:


At least three years experience with:


Frontend:

  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  • Good Experience of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as Angular, React.JS, Vue.js, Ember.js, etc.
  • Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Sass or Less depending on your technology stack
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
  • Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs both on Desktop and Mobile
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Backend:

  • Good experience with relevant backend programming languages like Node.JS, .Net Core, etc.
  • Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
  • Experience with designing, developing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms
  • Database design and management - latest practices and associated versions
  • Server management and deployment for the relevant environments
  • Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported frameworkboth frontend and backend
  • Proficiency with Git, SVN, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to write efficient, secure, modular, well-documented, and clean code
  • Participating on an agile team and reporting daily development efforts.
  • Collaborating with developers and managers to deliver on requirements planned for each well-defined sprint.
  • Ability to perform requirement analysis and estimate the effort accordingly
  • Ability to analyze the gaps in the existing code and design by comparing with the Requirements
  • Ability to perform the tasks independently
  • Organized, Methodical and Process-driven.
  • Good Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills.
  • Result and Detail-Oriented with the Ability to Manage and Execute Multiple Tasks.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality.
