Position: Extrusion Machine Engineer

(Production Engineer)

Experience: 6 years

Location: Boiser

Industry: Manufacturing (Plastic product)

Education: Diploma holder in Plastics Engineering or CIPET or any relevant field

Roles And Responsibilities
To be involved in the improvement and support of manufacturing and process development
To focus on OEE / Rejection % / Downtime % / Manpower Management Production Planning
To design and develop new equipment and processes and troubleshoot it
To document all the details of the process development and modify it whenever any new component or a system has been designed
To create documentation for the prototypes which have been built and designed
To make requisitions for the requirements of tools and other specific components
To perform experiments, ensure its validity and operation by installing and running the extrusion equipment and process

Skills Requirement
Must be minimum diploma holder in Plastics Engineering or CIPET or any relevant field
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Pure Extrusion Machine is required
An individual must possess excellent technical knowledge of the extrusion process and material combined with good problem solving skills.
Should be able to influence other people and solicit the cooperation of the subordinate staff members.
Should be able to document all the extrusion runs and be updated with the current developments in the extrusion field.
Should be able to develop new process and tools in a time efficient manner in order to meet the given deadlines.
