Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing End to End HR Functions
• Will handlead team of 12 + HR Staff across TN
• Well versed in all Labour Laws and Regulations-Especially in S&E Act & Contract Labour Act
• Handled Multi Units / Plants / Branch in current or previous company ( Min.of 2 Units)
• 3P/Contract Labour Management
• Willing to Travel 8+ days in a month across TN

Desired Candidate Profile

• He should have 12+ years of experience
• He should have Handled Team of min 4+
• Qualification:-Relevant HR Qualification (UG/PG)
• Industry:- Any Manufacturing / Service Sector / FMCG/QSR/Hotel/Hospital/Telecom
