Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure that overall business goals of the location are met by generating new business through client acquisition & ensure the revenue targets are also met.

• Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix (across Business Card products).
• Identify Self Employed Segments in Market and achieve Sourcing
• Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets from various channels in the bank.
• Manage team of Acquisition Managers/ BDR for maximum productivity per AQM / BDR
• Build and deepen relationships with existing Branch / Corp Salary / Pre-approved / New to Bank customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues
• Prepare , Monitor and strategize daily updates in excel , PPT and end of Day MIS
• To act as one point of contact for all service related issue in order to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.
• Manage the key performance indicators.
• Ensure that all customer touch points are actively managed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential requirement: Graduate

Preferred: MBA

Essential requirement : 2 - 14 years of experience

Age Range : 25-35 yrs
