We require a human resource manager who is qualified in recruitment of accountants, salespersons, IT executives, branch managers, administrative staff, and other relevant roles.
The HR manager should also be technically proficient and have experience using HR softwares in their past roles and be fluent in English and Hindi.
The candidate should have extensive experience in formulating HR policies, performance management, implementing KRAs, employee induction and engagement.
Having knowledge and experience with HR compliance and gratuity is also important. We will be hiring additional HR executives and managers so it will be great if they have experience managing and working alongside others in an effective manner.
