About this team:

At FIS we are looking for a Product Support Representative to join the FIS Enterprise Treasury Client Experience team. The successful candidate will provide treasury and payments support to our client base.

What you will be doing:

• Strong analytical skills are required to resolve issues of a technical and functional nature.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial operational and business processes.
• Experience in a Client Services Treasury or Payments role supporting clients on financial applications.
• Experience working in Banking or Financial Institutions.
• Experience in working on Level 2 Technical Support.

What you bring:

• Should have 3+ year experience on Linux, Jenkins , CICD , AWS/ Azure, scripting , application support, deployment.
• Basic Knowledge/experience working with Microsoft Windows Operating system and/or Linux

• Good debugging skills.
• Basic knowledge with JBoss/WildFly/JAVA programming/Docker.
• Flexible with rotating shifts covering 24x7.
• Basic SQL knowledge .
