Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an E-commerce Account Manager at Digigrains. The E-commerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing e-commerce accounts, communicating with clients, developing and executing strategies, and analyzing data to measure success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management or related field Demonstrated ability to grow and manage. e-commerce accounts Excellent communication and client management skills Experience with website analytics and data-driven decision making Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
