Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel Operations Manager to join our team at GOGAGA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As the Travel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of travel operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of travel packages and services. This is a full-time position and requires 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in the travel industry. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of mid-level. experience in travel operations management. Excellent knowledge of travel industry trends, products, and services. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficient in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to providing excellent service. Strong leadership and team management skills. Roles And Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of travel operations, including itinerary planning, transportation, accommodation, and activities. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and requirements, and design tailored travel packages. Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, including hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and tour operators, to ensure the best rates and availability for travel services. Ensure compliance with travel regulations and standards, and stay up to date with industry trends and developments. Supervise a team of travel consultants and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Resolve customer issues and complaints related to travel operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze travel data and performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to optimize operational efficiency. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and guidelines to streamline travel operations. Manage travel budgets and financials, including cost control, profitability analysis, and expense reporting. Stay informed about destination attractions, events, and travel logistics to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
