Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in New Delhi. As a Travel consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book travel arrangements based on their preferences, budget, and availability. You will be expected to offer expert advice, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Detailed knowledge of popular travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options Proven ability to plan and book travel arrangements in a timely and cost-effective manner Knowledge of ticketing, international travel documents such as visas and passports Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills Experience using GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus or Sabre High School Diploma or equivalent; Certification in. Travel and Tourism or similar field is a plus Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus Experience in a similar role in the travel industry is preferred
