Experience in Escalation is preferable.
UG/Graduate can also apply for this requirement.
Min 6 months of Experience is required.
It's gonna be Day shifts and 6 days of working and 1 day rotational off.
Work from Office Only.
No Cab facilities available.

Location: BANGALORE

Immediate Joiners required.

Salary: 1.5lpa upto 3lpa Take Home( Depending upon your experience and your performance in your interview rounds)

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to gather information, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Adaptability: Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to adapt to evolving customer needs.
