Job description || HR Executive - Field Recruiter
Role & responsibilities
Should have 1 to 2 years experience.
The primary job is to source the candidates in the field as per the role requirements.
Coordinating with the cross-functional teams to understand the requirements of the role.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Source the suitable candidates through various platform database, head-hunting, field recruiting, employee references and, social media etc.
Keeping up to date on current hiring, providing recruitment reports to a reporting manager.
Knowing tracking mechanism in end-to-end recruitment and maintaining excel sheet of employees.
Experience in developing field recruiting strategy & specialist in hiring delivery executives.
Build a network on the ground by publishing job posters at dark stores and onboarding centers.
Should be willing to travel across the operational cluster to source locally.
Should understand and analyze the dropout cases to improve conversion from hire to deploy.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Budget: 3 to 4.2 Lakhs / Annum
Skills:
1. Good communication Command the local language and English.
2. Networking and relationship-building skills
Preferred: Experience in Field Recruitment/Blue Collar Job hiring would be a plus.
