Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics or Computer Science. - Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources or Marketing. Role Summary: As an HR, Recruitment, and Marketing Specialist with a strong technical background and advanced business training, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to recruit top talent in the technology sector and promote our company's brand. You will play a key role in aligning our recruitment strategies with our marketing efforts to attract and retain the best candidates and to ensure our company is seen as the employer of choice within the tech industry. Key. Responsibilities: HR and Recruitment: - Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, particularly for technical roles requiring Electronics or Computer Science expertise. - Conduct job interviews for the technical position to determine applicants" qualifications and alignment with the company culture. - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for tech-related positions. - Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work, particularly within the tech community. - Use your technical background to understand the needs of the hiring managers and the qualifications required for potential candidates. - Develop a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs and succession planning. Marketing: - Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the recruitment goals of the technology departments. - Create and manage the production of marketing materials and campaigns that appeal to tech-savvy candidates. - Utilize online and offline channels, including social media, job fairs, and university partnerships, to promote the company's tech sector jobs. - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. - Gather and analyze consumer behavior data in the tech business or product segments. Skills and Competencies: - Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends in the Electronics and Computer Science sectors. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, with a track record of filling technical positions. - Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to attract top talent. - Proficiency in using HR and recruitment software. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines. Experience: - Proven HR or recruitment experience in the technology industry. - Experience in marketing, with a focus on employer branding and recruitment marketing. - Experience in managing full-cycle recruiting, including, but not limited to, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Work Environment: - Fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. - Collaboration with diverse teams across technical and business units
