Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer records and data. The role will be located in Jaipur and the Customer Service Representative will be required to work on location. Qualifications Strong customer service skills including Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records and data Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
