Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on sales and branch management.

• Qualification: Graduate degree in a relevant field.

• Age Limit: 28 to 45 years.

• Location: Thrissur (Kerala), Bangalore, Chennai.

• Salary: 7 - 7.5 LPA.

1. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of insurance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and overall branch objectives.

2. Sales and Business Development: Drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and expanding the customer base.

3. Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

4. Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to enhance their knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the branch.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards. Mitigate risks and implement measures to maintain a secure and compliant branch operation.

6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the branch's performance. Develop action plans to improve results and achieve targets.
