Job Description

Manufacture of products as perpriority/ confirmation dates in sales orders on daily basis to meet Deliveryreliability output Targets.

Handling30 workmen 1 sub-contracting suppliers

Manufacturing of products as per priority/ confirmation dates insales orders on daily basis to meet Delivery reliability Targets.

Monitoring of Delivery Reliability and Output Targets on Dailybasis.

Release the production orders, loading schedules in BATS BOMS, make confirmations in SAP and ensure timely consumption of materialagainst Production orders.

Monitoring of Age of Production orders.

Handling workmen on shop floor for production related activitieson three shift basis.

Need to conduct training of workmen and ensure product qualitysafety on shop floor.

Maintain records of output/ Productivity/ PI/ IHF/ Idletime/Overtime and Extra cost.

Handle Industrial Relations issues and maintain House Keeping.

Ensure implementation of ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015andISO45001:2018 (IMS)

Prepare a manufacturing plan for sub-contracting vendors. Conveythe plan to Sub contractor and take confirmation.

Release the POs for Subcontracting items to suppliers andfollow-up the same to meet production/ Delivery reliability targets

Review of Material availability at vendor and send the requiredmaterials to supplier by preparing delivery challans.

Coordinate with vendors for closing of delivery challan within180 days

Reconsolidation of vendor stocks with the help of WSGR/BA.(Physical Inventory)

Involve QA for analyzing the problems noticed during assemblyand coordinate with depts for controlling of these errors

Ensure timely calibration of instruments.

Prepare I report for Defective items reached to assembly linesub contracting vendors
