Job Description

1. ensure Product delivery as per booked orders.
2. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that timely inputs are incorporated in the Manufacturing Plan.
3. Update stakeholders on delivery schedules.
4. Coordinate with the Export logistics team for packing, despatches, and dealing with freight forwarders
5. Responsible for handling export despatch-related documents
6. Ensure & follow up, if necessary, for payment receipts & related compliance
7. Report generation & system upgradation for Customer Cell Activities.
8. Timely escalations of gap areas for customer commitments
9. • Arrange all logistics for purchase related activities and follow up with the logistic company-For timely delivery
   • Packing & Forwarding : make sure goods produced or bought out are matching to the PO
   • Quantity and are re-packed in our packing material.
   • Arrange all outward logistics
   • Prepare all necessary documents (Invoice, Challan, Packinglist, T.C, Ewaybill)
   • Dispatch details and invoice hardcopy send to customer on time
   • Graduation/ Diploma in Export Management
   • • Follow up with the supplier/factory for timely delivery
     • Prepare Sales Quotations Preparation Of Tender Docs Handle Inquiries On Mail/ Phone And Forward To Outside Sales Co- Ordination With Sales Executives , Execute Orders And Follow Up Payments Send Quotation To
