Responsibilities: Bid Management: Identify and assess potential projects on online platforms. Prepare and submit compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Manage the entire bid process, from initial contact to contract negotiation. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to propose. customized solutions. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and market demands to identify new business opportunities. Analyze competitor strategies and adjust our approach to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate estimation and proposal alignment. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, proposals, and contracts. Prepare reports on business development activities and achievements. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Online Bidder in the IT sector. Strong understanding of various IT services, including software development, web development, and mobile app development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze client requirements and propose customized solutions. Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
