About the Job Designation: Assistant Manager - BIM Modeler (Electrical) Department - Electrical Engineering About Conserve: Group Established in 2016 in Qatar, to serve the Construction Sector with Engineering Design Support Services to companies in Asia, Middle East, Europe, Australia, Canada, US and other parts of the world, we are an exponentially growing engineering company with 425+ People across the globe. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building. envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging Infrared Thermography RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing Agenda and charring kickoff meeting with client on awarding of projects. Responsible for input study and setting Goals for Projects Ability to handle a team of 20+ members Hosting kick-off meeting for each projects awarded. Understanding the project status and scope of our work. Project details discussion with the client Getting confirmation on billing address and point of contacts from client side. Ensure smooth communication between client and project team is established and project schedule is well understood. Review meeting with all individuals at least once in a month. Training need identification and sending requisition to training department. Team shuffling to appropriate objectives Feedback on performance, initiatives and discipline Weekly review meeting with RMs in current projects. Feedback to RM per month using the feedback form. Follow-up on Team leaders for project planning and execution Select your project team judiciously with respect to the scope of work, effort estimation and strength & weaknesses of your team. Coordination with other discipline engineers as applicable for the continuity of the design process. Keeping good track / documentation of projects Ensuring relevant QA procedures are followed Ensuring adherence to corporate standard Responsible for quality, communication, timely deliverables and client feedback. Education & Experience: Should possess 5 to 6 years experience in BIM Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, NaviSoft and BIM 360 Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. Must possess Team Handling and Project Handling Experience
