Production Supervisor @ Sardar Enterprise

Job Description

 Production to be handled on day to day basis

* Raw material procurement needs to be done for the production purpose

* Coordination with workers and also with clients regarding production work

: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing processes.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Production Planning: Collaborate with the production planning team to create schedules that meet production goals while optimizing resources.
Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all gearless elevators meet or exceed established quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.

Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
Work closely with the engineering team to implement process improvements and introduce new technologies.

Resource Management: Manage and optimize the utilization of equipment, materials, and manpower to meet production targets within budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication between different departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information and collaboration.
Report regularly to upper management on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in gearless elevator machine production.

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
