The hospital has set up over 30 specialties including cardiology, CT surgery, orthopedics, and many more high-end specialities. Location: Visakhapatnam, India. Role Description Responsibilities: As a Corporate Business Executive you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the business portfolio, encompassing B2B, B2C, and B2G segments within the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on corporate tie ups as well as managing private and public. insurance provider, including rate negotiations with networks, executing business promotion strategies, and enhancing networking activities. Your role will play a pivotal part in patient acquisition and conversion for the hospital. Key Duties: 1. Corporate KAM Portfolio Management: - Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2G segments. - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. 2. Insurance Provider Network Management: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with private and public insurance providers. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the hospital. 3. Business Promotion: - Devise and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital services to targeted audiences. - Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence. 4. Networking Activities: - Engage in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand business connections. - Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and healthcare professionals. 5. Patient Conversion: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient acquisition and conversion rates. - Work closely with medical staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
