Urgent | Business Development Manager | Travel Industry | bdmMumPunAurSONIA24

Min. 5yr+ experience of selling any product/service to educational institutions/schools/colleges

CTC: 30-60kpm depending on current CTC and deliverables

Location- Mumbai/Pune/Aurangabad

Role Summary:

Connecting with schools/colleges/educational institutions to develop relations for customised travel/tour packages
Ability to leverage and convert existing travel industry networks
Manage and strengthen existing accounts
Natural ability and confidence to convert a new client through written/verbal, presentations and sales visits.
Target driven mindset accompanied with an infectious charisma

Customers
Identifying and developing new opportunities in a changing market place;
Developing a sound understanding of the market place and the industry;
Strong customer focus and a commitment to quality and service;
Appreciates the importance of attentive listening in customer relationships;
Excellent communication skills/call handling.

Delivery
Effective prioritising, planning, organising, negotiating and influencing skills;
React positively to rapidly changing priorities;
Drive for achievement
Innovative and creative;
Provide accurate, clear precise information;
Ability to engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally and to form strong collaborative partnerships.

Ability to analyse data and manage effectively;
Maintains and acts upon competitor activity;
