Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Back End Developer. The back-end developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server side of web applications, among other tasks. The back-end developer will also work closely with the Front End Developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Node.js and MongoDB, as well as experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Key Responsibilities Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems API Development: Build RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities, ensuring high. performance and reliability. Database Management: Design and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimisation. Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed, ensuring seamless communication between different systems. Testing: Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of backend systems. Performance Optimisation: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in backend systems, optimizing code and database queries for maximum efficiency. Security: Implement security best practices to protect backend systems from potential vulnerabilities. Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of database design principles and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work with databases and APIs Experience with Blockchain development and smart contracts is a major plus. Expected CTC- 10-14 LPA
