Budget and Cost Control: 

Monitor project budgets and financial performance. 

Control project costs and implement cost-saving measures. 

Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts. 

 

Quality Assurance: 

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. 

Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews. 

Address and resolve issues affecting project quality. 

 

 

 

Documentation and Reporting: 

Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. 

Provide regular project status updates and performance reports. 

Prepare and present project closure reports and lessons learned.
