Job Overview We are hiring an Insurance Executive to join our team at Prayag Udyog Pvt. Ltd. As an Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and promoting insurance products to prospective customers. This is a full-time position based in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry Strong. knowledge of general insurance and auto insurance Excellent communication and strategic negotiation skills Proficient in conveying complex insurance concepts to clients Analytical skills to assess and evaluate insurance needs Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales and marketing skills to promote insurance products Roles And Responsibilities Promote and sell various insurance products to potential customers Evaluate insurance needs and provide suitable solutions Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Assist clients in understanding policy terms, coverage, and claims procedures Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions Prepare and submit insurance proposals and quotes to clients Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the insurance department
