Job Description

• Daily production planning and control as per production planning / turnover targets.
• Organize, monitor, and control the assembly area regarding assigning employees, working procedures, material, processes, and tools, so safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met
• Provide support to technicians by coordinating within different departments (such as Logistics, Warehouse, Non std Design etc).
• Monitor key performance indicators for assembly groups/lines. If necessary, initiate measures to resolve or avoid problems.
• Conduct meetings with respective team members. Discuss the status of production operations. Gives regular feedback to technicians team about safety quality issues and helps in improving competency of technicians.
• Plan, assign and assist in the training and development of technicians. Tracks progress by updating the skills and competency matrix.
• Organize, lead, and execute improvement projects and activities.
• working.Maintain of 5S in m/c working area.Training to line operator about process, safety, 5S & Line Document.Small fault handle on machine.general/morning Shift
• • Person should be BE in Metallurgy/ Mechanical with minimum 1Yr of experience in Metallurgy testing.

  • 1. HT Furnace operation / trouble shooting.

    2. HT Process monitoring & record.

    3. Incoming raw material inspection & clear in sap.

    4. Heat treatment production & planning.

    5. Shopfloor 5S ,4M sheet ,Tool box monitor & update.

    6. To ensure Safety at working area.

    7. HT vendor incoming samples clearence.

    8. MPI deffect part report generation .

    9. MPI Process monitoring.

    10.MPI Deffect part verification & clearence .

    11.Eddy current test validation & setup.

    12. Knowldge of CQI 9

    13. Induction hardening sample inspection.
