Job Description

We are hiring for "International Voice Process" for Mnc (It service and Consulting services provider)

Location: Chennai- Kovilmbakkam

Domain: Healthcare or Ar Voice Outbound Process

Experience- Fresher to 4 Years into voice

Its 5 days working and shifts: Rotational (both side cab facilities)

100% Vendor coordination, no travelling, no target

 

Key Responsibilities: Customer Servicing, Customer Support, Bpo exp, Outbound Queries Handling of our end international client (Us /Uk /European/North American etc)

 

Responsibilities:
Should be comfortable to handle outbound calls
Coordinating with the concerned teams to maintain the timelines.
Converting our existing user base into leads.
Providing resolutions to the customer for their issues using multiple tools.
Memorized all company products and services to be able to answer customer questions quickly and efficiently and increase upsells.
Answered customer complaints with quick solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction
Resourceful at maintaining relationship with clients to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their service-related critical issues. 
Adept in interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retention

Fresher or any exp into voice process/ Client Servicing
Experience with Healthcare industry will be advantage. Similar role- Hospital Billing, Hospital Receptionist, Healthcare Lab technician will work.
