Ensure all appointments sent in system are confirmed with an outcall 

  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
  • Receives documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
  • Take down visitor details and information.
  • Attending calls.
  • Coordinate for office events.
  • Online Reputation Management - Replying to all the reviews
  • Continuous updation and checking of pages will require a support strongly as there are very
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

    Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

    Manage the reception area by keeping it tidy and presentable.

    Register guests and issue visitor badges as needed.

    Provide information to visitors regarding the organization, such as directions, office locations,
    and company policies.

    Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

    Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
    desk.

    Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and
    managing office supplies.

    Keep updated records of office expenses and handle basic accounting tasks.

    Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
