Job Overview: The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This role will play a key part in fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement within the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Facilitate resolution of employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or. misconduct as necessary. Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives to enhance skills and performance. Identify training needs within the organization and develop training plans accordingly. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as needed. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication. Assist with HR-related reporting and documentation as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in human resources roles within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and dynamics. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR activities. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. proficient with Microsoft and google softwares
