We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team! This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the financial success of our hotel chain. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Manage the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial data and. provide insights to management to support informed decision-making. Oversee cash flow management and ensure we maintain positive financial health. Implement and maintain effective internal controls. Manage relationships with banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Supervise and mentor any junior accounting staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite, accounting software (preferably Tally or similar), and financial modeling tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Benefits: Competitive salary of up to 7.2 lakh per annum.
