Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager for RCC chimney located in Korba. The Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, and will communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry Excellent knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management Must have experience in RCC chimney project. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. vendors, and subcontractors Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience with Agile and Lean project management methodologies is a plus Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus Note: The above job description is not intended to be exhaustive.
