Responsibilities AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to drive innovation in Hancod's products, enhancing features and user experiences. Data Analysis: Perform data mining and analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and inform AI feature development. Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to integrate AI technologies into Hancod's solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and user benefit. . Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI and machine learning advancements to inform development strategies and maintain Hancod's competitive edge. Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine AI models and features based on performance data and user feedback to maximize efficacy and efficiency. Technical Documentation: Document AI development processes, model architectures, and deployment strategies for internal use and knowledge sharing. Ethical AI Use: Ensure the ethical use of AI and machine learning technologies, including considerations for privacy, fairness, and transparency. Qualifications Education: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a portfolio of projects that demonstrate skills in AI and data science. Skills:Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with proficiency in AI and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Expertise in data mining, data analysis, and statistical modeling. Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in designing AI solutions. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying AI models. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields are a plus.
