Construction Safety Manager @ Adarsh Solutions

Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Lead and drive construction safety risk management for projects in India. 2. Establish risk control measures and supervise their implementation. 3. Build a safety management team for local projects and refine safety responsibilities. 4. Develop S&H policies and performance management goals/indicators for local facilities. 5. Coordinate safety compliance operations at local facilities (safety meetings, training, inspections, occupational health, fire safety, etc.). 6. Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate safety requirements, establish and maintain an effective safety management system for local projects. 7. Coordinate with headquarters on various work safety, production risks, hazards, accidents, audits, emergencies, and other assigned tasks. Qualifications: 1. Citizenship is not restricted; must be legally able to work in India. English speaker or proficiency in English AND Chinese as working languages. 2. Bachelor's degree or. higher in Safety Engineering or related field. 3. 5-10 years or more of safety work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with preference given to registered safety engineers. 4. Experience in managing safety business during the construction of large electronic factories. 5. Familiarity with local regulations on fire safety, occupational health, chemicals, special equipment, education training requirements. 6. Proficient in various office software with excellent writing skills. 7. Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, adept at learning, and possessing good organizational, coordination, and communication skills
