Head of QA CoE will be Managing End to End testing (service) capability across organization and would be key driver for Quality Assurance capability. This role will act as a bridge connecting various pillars to ensure consistent delivery quality coming out for Testing. This role would drive capability for Functional Testing, Test Automation, Performance testing, Infrastructure Testing, Test Management, Defect Management and Test consulting across organization programs You will Responsible for managing End to End testing (service) capability at organization level Responsible for overall strategic management and planning of the functioning of the Testing topics Lead the vision, values, and strategic priorities of QA CoE in alignment with the overall strategy of organization Provide effective forward-looking leadership to identify issues (both technical/product related and team related) across the team early on and develop solution / mitigation plans Facilitate, support and. drive organizational wide strategic initiatives viz the Bold Moves People Management, Demand Management and Vendor Partners relationship to drive various engagements Regular Interaction with Executive management on strategic testing topics Building the testing capability as per new framework through well-established QA CoE Academy Leading implementation of strategic initiatives viz Agile Company and Cloud adoption Working with industry partners on testing trends, agile and DevOPS implementation Help in establishing extensive academia - Industry Interactions across different platforms and Channels Measure and report overall QA COE performance and risks & mitigation actions
