Roles and Responsibilities
Counseling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment.
Preapare manpower (white collar) budget in line with the business target/ year.
To aid business /Line Managers with changes in policies and procedures, if any.
TA TEAM Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Organisation.
Partner in the development and implementation of the organizations HR strategies and programs in alignment with business objectives.
New Talent Acquisition and Engagement.
Acting as an ambassador for the HR Business Partner model, actively driving up standards to highlight the benefits of the model for all staff and managers.
