Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aim at first time resolution at every interaction
- Deliver extraordinary customer services by responding to customer concerns through email.
- Process customer query/request/complaints in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle incoming emails from customers regarding their accounts
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillss maintaining TAT at all time.
