Job Description

  • Experience and demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and act fast in turning around issues and retain key resources
  • Attend PS HR lead weekly meetings to understand and plan for resources as needed for different programs and teams
  • Contribute to the growth of Hyderabad site leadership team
  • Keep leadership teams across updated on PS Restaurant and stay informed on other organizations
  • Oversee onboarding/resource needs for PS Restaurant
  • Stay informed on company events and contribute to coordination (ie - Hyderabad office has moved 2x already)
  • Keep leadership team informed of customer visits
  • Advocate for team growth and opportunities
  • Advocate training plans for the Hyderabad PS Restaurant teams
  • Create a bench of resources that are cross trained and shared by the PS teams in Hyderabad
Basic Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience in field
  • Eight + years in a relevant technical role, software consulting or development
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple large engagements concurrently
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and all phases of the solution lifecycle
  • Demonstrated leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Flexibility is required for the role and ability to travel internationally when required
  • Experience and understanding of GCP, Azure and cloud deployment platforms
  • Knowledge and experience with development tools, testing tools and deployment tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for or with a hospitality company on the service side of the business
Experience building and managing multi-level teams
  • Experience in managing multi skilled teams working both locally and remotely
  • Demonstrated good technical ability to be a billable resource as well as manager/leader
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels internally and externally
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer and employee engagement and management skills
  • Active participation in industry or community groups. Recognized outside of current role for expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Capability of speaking additional languages would be a bonus
