Internship description Role & responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assisting in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms. Screening resumes and forwarding qualified candidates to hiring managers. Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and interviewers. HR Operations: Maintaining and updating employee records and databases. Assisting in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and appointment letters. Coordinating employee onboarding activities, including paperwork and orientation sessions. Communication: Assisting in drafting internal communications related to HR policies, procedures, and announcements.
