Fusion Software Institute is a leading IT training center located in Kharadi, Pune. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. As an Admission Counselor for IT courses, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our IT courses, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants.
Responsibilities:
1. Admissions Process Management:
- Assist prospective students in understanding the admission requirements and procedures for IT courses offered by Fusion Software Institute.
- Handle inquiries through various channels (phone, email, and in-person) and provide detailed information about our IT programs.
Answering questions via phone and email.
Informing for the demo sessions and taking follow up for the same once completion of the demo.
2. Counseling:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with potential students to assess their educational goals and recommend suitable IT courses.
- Conduct calls with students based on the lead provided and covert them to enroll in the course.
- Address any concerns or questions raised by prospective students and their parents/guardians.
3. Application Assistance:
- Guide applicants through the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted accurately and promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions data.
- Generate regular reports on admission statistics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previously working as an admission counselor is a plus advantage.
