Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Inside Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the US/CA region from our Bengaluru office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic inside sales team focused on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the United States and Canada. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the US/CA market dynamics. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing inside sales team dedicated to achieving sales targets and objectives in the US/CA region. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the US/CA market and maximize revenue opportunities. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the inside sales team to ensure individual and collective success. Analyze sales performance metrics and trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. including marketing, product, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in the US/CA region. Continuously evaluate and improve sales methodologies, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and productivity. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success (2 years) in inside sales management, preferably in the US/CA market. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of US/CA market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to sales planning and execution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Eligibility to work in India without sponsorship. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences with the US/CA region
