About Role: Simpl is seeking a Product Leader to own all Consumer Experience products on the Simpl app. As part of the Growth team, you will be in charge of building a consumer first app which drives engagement while managing business goals. Responsibilities: 1.Customer Obsession: Own the Simpl App Consumer Experience across Onboarding, Homepage and Shopping Experiences Develop the strategy and roadmap for consumer experience products at Simpl Build seamless app experiences and interactions to increase engagement and adoption of Growth products 2.Design Thinking: Strong understanding of Product Design and UX when designing consumer touchpoints Define and build a clean and contemporary design language across the app Uphold high standards of UI and UX on the app working with Marketing and Category, while balancing business requirements 3.Leadership & Stakeholder Management Develop and communicate a clear vision for consumer experience on the app, aligning business stakeholders and leadership Manage a balance of product requirements across Category/Merchant Success, Growth , Finance and Data Science Coordinate with Design and Engineers to plan roadmaps and manage timelines 4.Business Acumen Be a leader in the Growth function to drive business metrics while upholding consumer experience Drive KPIs of MAU, MTU and Revenue through Product led thinking Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably on consumer facing products Demonstrated success in design thinking , customer obsession and innovation Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Strong business understanding and ability to handle multiple requirements
