Your Role Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between Business Stakeholders, Development & Testing teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Embedded IoT projects, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and. deliverables. Break down high-level requirements into user stories, epics, and tasks, ensuring they are well defined, actionable, and aligned with project goals. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review sessions as the Scrum Master, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of priorities and commitments. Lead daily stand-up meetings to track progress, identify impediments, and foster collaboration and accountability among team members. Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies, taking proactive measures to address them and keep projects on track. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting agile best practices and facilitating retrospective meetings to identify areas for enhancement. Ensure that Embedded IoT solutions meet quality standards and user requirements through effective testing and validation activities. Provide leadership and guidance to the development & testing team, coaching them on agile principles and practices to drive high-performance outcomes. To succeed, you will need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field with overall experience of 5+ years. At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, in the context of Embedded IoT projects. Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM) and Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in agile methodologies, with experience in leading scrum teams and facilitating agile ceremonies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks and user stories. Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a drive to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the IoT space.
