Role & responsibilities
1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone.
2. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
3. Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
5. Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
6. If any business requirements candidates need to visit client places.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Regional Language.
- Experienced candidates are preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in sales is preferred.
