Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior project managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Assist in creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Aid in monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, and generating reports on project status.
- Learn to identify and manage project issues and risks to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in project management and business analysis domains.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is mandatory.
- Prior internships, coursework, or projects related to project management.
- Basic understanding or exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Skills and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
