Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Program Design: Develop, update, and customize training materials, modules, and resources to meet the specific needs of company partners and internal staff.

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions using various mediums (in-person, virtual, workshops, webinars) to effectively impart technical knowledge.

Device Testing: Conduct thorough tests on new CCTV and Networking Devices to assess their performance, functionality, and reliability.

Performance Evaluation: Analyze device performance metrics under various conditions to ensure optimal functionality.

Update Stability: Regularly evaluate the stability and compatibility of device updates for seamless integration and enhanced performance.

Test Case Development: Create and maintain test cases and scenarios covering a wide range of potential device usage and application scenarios.

Report Generation: Produce detailed reports outlining testing procedures, findings, and recommendations for improvements or enhancements.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers, to address identified issues and enhance device performance
