Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Support the Management Accountant and other team members as required.
Desired Profile :
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Navision/ Dynamics).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with UK tax regulations and payroll processes is advantageous.
