Position Engineer OD Small Cell

Job responsibilities:

1. Outdoor Small cell/Micro site identification & site Survey, preparation of LTE Link Budget; Prediction models throughput analysis; interference analysis on Atoll Planning Tool

2. Also will look after microsite planning and link budget preparation, Micro/capacity/cow site Site and installation, and LTE Small cell, dimensioning and site architecture Drive Test walk test and data post-processing for the performance improvement plan

3. Will also ensure regulatory (EMF & SACFA) compliances

Skills & Competencies:

1. RF planning
2. RF configuration
3. Performance & optimization
4. Xcal/Xcap,actix
5. Basic knowledge in IP network
6. Experience in network deployment and vendor management

Work Experience (Specify Range)* 3–8 8 years
