Role & responsibilities
Seamless escort service / facilitation to VVIP/VIP/CIP and senior government officials. Lounge access / associated services to the eligible guests.
Record travel details of guests, communicate to the concerned shift staff, updating important information related to travel of the guest in the briefing register and maintain MIS
Recording of Airport Entry Pass request from CR and other authorized persons / departments / agencies and action taken to get the needful done
Preparation of periodical reports and disbursement to concerned departments internal and external.
Preferred candidate profile
Full time graduation. Hotel Management, Front Office, Airline Background, Ground Handling Services, Guest Services, Airline Services & Customer Service Support
