Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Review & analysis of contract documents for each construction package and advice the Project Manager of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view.
• Complete resource planning including labour & non labour (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive planning, forecasting, and budgeting systems.
• Develop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans for growth.
• Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
• Assist with budgeting and scheduling.
• Procure goods and services, including vendors and consultants.
• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech in Civil with relevant experience.
• Experience of working in Railway projects/Railway industry.
