Summary:As an Application Lead in Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, collaborating with crossfunctional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microservices and Light Weight Architecturebased applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the development of technical skills and expertise. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Cloud Technologies. Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex applications. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Experience in providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
