Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Backup and Recovery Systems and ensuring their smooth functioning.
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Backup and Recovery Systems, ensuring their smooth functioning. Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Backup and Recovery Systems.
Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience in Backup and Recovery Systems. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of Cloud Computing and Virtualization technologies. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures. Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field. This position is based at our Indore office.
